This print of Microsoft announced the component for Windows Xp, Windows Genuine Advantage. There is a post on Zdnet that talk about WGA notification that is probably a “kill switch”, an anti-piracy. You can read here for understand how to disable WGA notification: maybe u can also use Windows Update and don’t download the release, and there’s an utility that remove Wga. In the next few days modernizations on this issue, we will see if this will be a true one and just to spyware, but we say it all: who has Windows Xp original ?

C’è un post su Zdnet che riguarda le notifiche di WGA che potrebbe essere un “kill swith”, un sistema anti pirateria in grado di capire se la copia di Windows Xp che avete è originale o meno e comportarsi di conseguenza, probabilmente bloccando i vostri software sul Pc. E’ possibile leggere qui come capire per disabilitare l’installazione di WGA: se utilizzate Windows Update forse è un buon metodo per non scaricare questo componente. Inoltre c’è un utility online per rimuovere WGA. Nei prossimi giorni aggiornamenti su questa questione, vedremo se questo sarà un vero e proprio spyware, ma diciamocela tutta: chi possiede Windows Xp originale ?
